MS-COAT is a single-component, MS polymer-based roof coating that reacts with ambient moisture to form an extremely strong, elastic and waterproof membrane. . It is a solution designed to provide long-term protection even in the most challenging conditions .

• Consumption: Recommended 1.4-2kg/m2
• Operating temperature: Resistance to fluctuations from -40C to +80C .
• Drying time: Surface film forms within 2-3 hours (at 23C ) . Full hardening: 12-24 hours. .
• Elasticity (tensile strength): 350% .
• Safety: The product does not contain isocyanates .

Usage recommendation:

For best results, we recommend applying 2-3 coats. . In critical areas (joints, corners, chimneys), use the coating together with geotextile/fiberglass reinforcement fabric. .
