Special primer for non-porous surfaces

Primer DM is a liquid primer based on a mixture of silanes and solvents, designed to improve the adhesion of various COATERA products to non-porous surfaces. It is a colorless, fast-drying liquid primer that does not leave stains on the treated substrate.

• Quick drying: Dries in 10-15 minutes under normal conditions.

AREAS OF USE

Used for pre-treatment of non-porous surfaces before applying polyurethane coatings or sealants:

• Glazed tiles and polished marble.

• Glass surfaces.

• Metal bases.

• Compatibility: Intended for use with COATERA series coatings (e.g. PU-COAT CLEAR, TOP) and PU-SEAL series polyurethane sealants.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Consumption: 1 kg is enough to cover an area of ​​about 10-15 m².

• Drying time: 10-15 minutes (depending on environmental conditions).

• Specific gravity: 0.79 g/ml.

• Viscosity: 30 cps.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Surface preparation: The substrate must be clean, solid, dry and free of grease. It is recommended to keep the packaging tightly closed until the moment of use.

Application: Pour a small amount of primer onto a clean cloth and spread evenly over the surface.

• Important: The polyurethane coating or sealant should be applied immediately after the primer has dried. This is necessary to avoid surface contamination or neutralization of active silanes.

STORAGE

• Shelf life: 12 months in closed (unopened) packaging.

• Conditions: Store in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.

• Packaging: 0.5 kg and 1 kg cans.
